The moons feel carved in, as they are lower than the surface, and I would guess painted in with some sort of silver paint. This listing is for one double terminated point, which measures about 3 1/2 - 3 5/8" x 1" x 1" and most of the pieces have more of tapered end. It will be chosen intuitively from the current inventory.
