Metaphysical Properties:
Amethyst resonates with the Crown chakra, and can be used for enhancing spiritual awareness and growth. It is known to help the transmutation of lower energies into higher frequencies and is considered to be a representation of the process of metamorphosis. It has been used to heal the auric field and provide against negativity and psychic attack. Many use amethyst to help align with the violet flame of St. Germaine. Some find it beneficial to establishing or maintaining their meditation practice, as amethyst can be quite strong in achieving levels of Samadhi and connecting to Source. Others may find that this stone gives sense of royalty and maybe this is why it has often been used for jewels for royalty and high priests. It is said to help one keep a fair mind and discernment which assist with making sound decisions and managing responsibilities.
